Welcome to the
Willow Class Page
Hello, my name is Mrs Rolland and I am very excited to be the teacher for Willow Class! Thank you for dropping in to our Class Page to see what we are getting up to in Year 2!
Our new topic for the Spring Term is called 'To the Rescue!'. In History we will be learning all about The Great Fire of London; finding out how it started, why it spread so quickly and how it changed the city of London forever. In English we will be reading 'Vlad and the Great Fire of London' by Kate Cunningham, and writing our own diary entries based on our research. We will even be making our own Tudor houses in DT!
Our Topic Webs and Home Learning Grids are shown below.
PE days for Willow Class are Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Woodland learning dates are shown below for your information. They are alternate Wednesday mornings.
If you need to contact me please email messages@loxwoodschool.com.
