Extra-Curricular Activities:
As well as our own wrap around care in Woodpeckers, we also run a variety of After School Clubs that children can access. Below is a timetable of clubs that we run. Most clubs are self-explanatory but there is a quick explanation below, of those that might not be so clear.
Balancing Bike Club (Mondays) - Reception & Yr1 only- run by an external instructor Hannah and can be booked directly please see timetable for details or contact the school for further information.
Pop Choir - With Miss Dowley (Mondays) Yr 2 to Yr6 Free Activity
Limited spaces - come join the fun learning to sing. Book via ParentPay
Guitar with Rock and Pop (Tuesday) – this is guitar lessons with a tutor from the Rock and Pop club and runs in the afternoon during the school day. Your child will need access to a guitar for this lesson.
Art Club (Tuesdays) - this is run by an external company and can be booked directly. Please contact the school for more information.
VMA Dance (Tuesdays) - this is run by an external company (VMA Dance) and can be booked directly. Please contact the school for more information.
Football Juniors (Tuesdays) - this is run by an external company, Premier Education and can be booked with them directly. Please contact the school for more information.
After School Sports Juniors (Wednesdays) Atheltics -1st half Summer term Cricket - 2nd Half Summer term. Please book through ParentPay.

Happily Ever After Storytelling KS1 £6 per session (Fridays)
45 mins of interactive storytelling, bringing a new story to life using props, songs, drama, activities, games and a whole lot of fun.
Most clubs run on a first come first served basis with a waiting list for the next set of clubs. Those on the waiting list are given priority when the new club starts. For example, if you are on the waiting list for Mr. Green’s club in the Autumn term, you will be given a space in the Spring (as long as the waiting list does not exceed the number of children we can have in the club).
