We are seeking an enthusiastic, caring and motivated Teaching Assistant to join the Loxwood team for two days a week (term-time only).
This is a rewarding opportunity to work directly with children and make a genuine difference to their learning, wellbeing and school experience. As a Teaching Assistant at Loxwood Primary School, you will support pupils in class, work alongside teachers to enable inclusive practice, and help create a positive, nurturing learning environment where every child feels safe, valued and able to thrive.
Loxwood Primary School is a small, rural village school with a strong sense of community and a child-centred ethos at its heart. We pride ourselves on our inclusive approach, warm relationships and collaborative staff team. No two days are ever the same, and the role would suit someone who enjoys variety, teamwork and working closely with children.
The successful candidate will be a positive and reliable team player with good communication skills and a flexible, ‘can-do’ attitude. You will need to be patient, adaptable and committed to supporting children with a range of needs, both academically and emotionally.
