Breakfast and After School club - Woodpeckers
Woodpeckers is our before and after school club. It is run by qualified Loxwood School staff, Monday through to Friday.
Breakfast Club:
This runs from 7.30am to 8.30am and is in our school hall. You drop children off by the green gate to the left of the main school entrance (there is a doorbell that you can ring). Children can choose from a variety of breakfasts – toast, crumpets, cereal, pancakes and a drink. At 8.30am, children are then walked to their classroom ready for the start of the school day.
Breakfast club costs £6.00 per session.
After School Club:
This runs from 3.05pm (infants) and 3.15pm (juniors) until 5.30pm. Children are taken to this via school staff. Most evenings, this takes place in our hall, but some nights it may be in one of the classrooms. Children have access to a range of activities both inside and outside. They also have a snack such as a sandwich, beans on toast, a filled wrap as well as fruit, a biscuit and a drink . Parents/carers collect from the same gate to the left of the main entrance and press the doorbell for attention.
After School Club costs:
3.05pm/3.15pm to 4.30pm - £6.00
3.05pm/3.15pm to 5.30pm - £12.00
4.00pm to 5.30pm - £6.00 – this session covers children who have attended one of our after school clubs or activities
